Defective/Wrong Items & Warranty
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is defective, or if you received the wrong item, do contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Under this warranty:
•You may exchange the defective item for a new unit.
•Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Sold-Out Defective Items
If a defective item is sold out and we do not have a replacement, a return/refund may be offered at our discretion.
