Warranty Terms & Condition

1. Warranty Period

   • LeapFrog & Hola Toys: Warranty is valid for three (3) months from the original purchase date.
   • 4M : Warranty applies to missing parts only. Claims for missing parts must be reported within 7 days from the purchase date.

2. Warranty Claims
   All warranty claims are subject to the following conditions:

   • (i) Receipt of notice of a defect within the warranty period.
   • (ii) Verification of the existence of the defect in the product.
   • (iii) Receipt of valid proof of purchase date.

3. Limitations

   • Warranty is non-transferable and valid in Malaysia only.
   • The cost of transportation to and from the service center must be borne by the buyer/customer.

4. Warranty Exclusions
   This warranty is void and will not apply if the product:

   • Is used with incompatible products.
   • Has been modified or tampered with.
   • Is used for commercial purposes (e.g., rentals).
   • Is damaged due to accident, unreasonable use, neglect, abuse, misuse, or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship (e.g., cracked or broken screens).
   • Has been immersed in water.
   • Is damaged due to improper installation and/or battery leakage.
   • Is damaged by improper or attempted service.
   • Has an altered, defaced, or removed serial number.
   • Is used in a manner for which it is not designed.
   • Is purchased from an unauthorized dealer or distributor.
   • Is purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller.

5. Repair Policy

   • Jingle Box does not provide product repairs.
   • Assistance is limited to warranty claims that meet the above terms and conditions.

6. Replacement Policy
   If your product is replaced under warranty, the replacement item will remain covered by this warranty for:

   • The remainder of the original warranty period, or
   • Thirty (30) days from the date the product is returned to you, if the original warranty has expired.
